The GMI Associates Program consists of a global, collaborative community of like-minded researchers and research centers committed to multiplying the Kingdom impact of missions and churches in each part of the world. God’s Spirit must guide and empower this program, so we at GMI prayerfully seek God’s guidance and blessing for Kingdom impact to occur. |
While receiving the input of current Associates and other advisors, GMI has prayerfully redesigned our Associates Program. We are now actively seeking to expand our network of Associates to serve Kingdom ministries more effectively, as well as to serve ministries in more regions of the world.

As a community, GMI Associates – whether individual Associates or Associate Organizations – are trusted friends. We at GMI believe in what they are doing, they believe in what we are doing, and we all seek to encourage and equip each other. GMI provides Associates with a variety of training, products and services. GMI Staff serve as mentors, trainers, and colleagues for Associates, and GMI assists Associates as they provide services to others in their region. GMI Associates also collaborate with GMI Staff, as well as with each other, on a variety of projects for ministries in their regions, languages and countries. Currently, GMI Associates serve out of South Korea, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, South Africa, India, and Singapore, with many of them having significant international impact. |
We are dedicated to minister long-term alongside a global community of Associates who care about Knowledge Stewardship, as well as about each other. Associates use Kingdom principles as they develop their own and each other’s skills in mapping/GIS, research and evaluation, and/or publishing.
GMI Associates also:

sense God’s call to do focused ministry on research, mapping or publishing in order to extend the Kingdom.

are practitioners who have shown evidence of having impact as they create, curate, and/or disseminate missions research globally.

are Knowledge Stewardship workers with significant impact for the Kingdom (for instance, those who have mentored and discipled others in their field of expertise).

are well-connected to local and global Kingdom ministries.

read and write English well enough to network with the other Associates and use their skills in the advance of global missionary research.

are aligned with the GMI mission and vision.
