PARTNERSHIP INTEGRATES RESEARCH TO GIVE MINISTRIES AN EDGE

Colorado Springs, CO & Atlanta, GA, May 13, 2020 – As ministry leaders strive to balance an increasingly complex world along with a growing number of stakeholders, research is becoming an essential tool for decision making and evaluation. Calvin Edwards & Company and GMI are responding by forming a partnership designed to help global ministry leaders get an edge by providing integrated insight to field staff, international strategists, executives, boards, and donors.

The new partnership brings together CEC’s services to donors, boards, and ministry executives with GMI’s services to field staff, operational leadership, and executives.  The goal is to do research once but support all the audiences that need insight to maximize their kingdom impact.

“For well over a decade we have conducted research and provided independent information, insight, and recommendations to inform millions of dollars of giving around the world,” said Calvin Edwards, founder and CEO of Calvin Edwards & Company. “Now, by partnering with GMI, we can jointly bring the same kind of expertise to a wider audience—national and field staff at global mission agencies.”

Both Calvin Edwards & Company and GMI will continue offering services to their core audiences as they have for many years. However, when a ministry needs to develop research that can cross these various audiences, the partnership is committed to serving these organizations together in order to create more synergy, better insight, and cost savings for those in kingdom work.

“GMI’s passion is to see ministries steward knowledge for impact. Too often today information is being held back from becoming actionable knowledge. The Calvin Edwards & Company and GMI partnership is a powerful force to give ministries an edge as they unlock the potential of research and steward the information in their hands to bless the world,” said Jon Hirst, president and CEO of GMI.
