We stand amazed!

"Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to his disciples to set before the people. He also divided the two fish among them all. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces of bread and fish. The number of the men who had eaten was five thousand” (Mark 6:41-44).

As we brought ourselves and our ministries to Jesus this year, they seemed so inadequate. Yet we look back now with amazement at how the Lord multiplied these resources to satisfy the hunger of thousands of church and missions leaders around the world for strategic information and insight.

God used our efforts to create a handful of missions information CD-ROMs—Operation World, Operation China, PeoplesFile, The World of Islam, Global Ministry Mapping System, and The Wisdom of African Proverbs, along with a couple of research training ministries—in ways far beyond our expectations.

Praise be to God!

We are grateful

GMI is grateful to God for our faithful supporters. We rely upon the gifts and prayers of those who believe that the right information in the right hands at the right time can make all the difference in the world.

We praise God for long-term and short-term volunteers, for the new staff He brought us this year, and for a special team of technical specialists who made possible the Operation World CD-ROM and website this summer.

We could not carry out our international ministry without the strategic alliances we enjoy with sister ministries around the world. Our special thanks to partners in Korea, Singapore, India, Nigeria, and Brazil.

We are enjoying God’s provision of a new office building on the northern edge of Colorado Springs. You are always welcome to stop in for a visit.
