“The world is struggling to respond to the surge of refugees and migrants fleeing war, poverty and trauma," said Jon Hirst, President and CEO of GMI. “Beyond the Tents: Engaging Refugees and Migrants” is an afternoon symposium for ministry leaders wanting to help their people better engage with refugees through local or international outreach. It will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. and RSVPs are strongly encouraged through EventBrite at http://www.eventbrite.com/e/beyond-the-tents-engaging-refugees-and-migrants-tickets-26684579295
