The purpose of this resource is to mobilize prayer and missions for the world's 700 million Buddhist peoples. This CD-ROM is the result of ground-breaking research led by Paul Hattaway. GMI brings research, map-making, graphics, and technical production skills to the partnership, producing a CD that is informative, easy to use and visually engaging. This GMI resource is enhanced with 38 brand-new maps of the Buddhist world in a user-friendly PDF format. Many of these are hyperlinked to the corresponding people profiles. Permission has been given by the author to use the text, graphs, maps and nearly all of the photos in personal ministry presentations. Users are able to search for any word of phrase in the CD-ROM using Adobe Reader (included). This CD-ROM is compatible with both Windows and Mac. The Peoples of The Buddhist World CD-ROM can be installed on the user's hard disk, enabling faster searches without the need of the CD-ROM in the drive. Each CD-ROM is packaged in an attractive, durable DVD-style case showcasing the beautiful cover art.
