Thriving People is based on data from the Engage survey, a workplace engagement survey designed specifically for North American field staff serving cross-culturally with missional organizations. Engage is a cooperative project of Global Mapping International and Best Christian Workplaces Institute. More than two dozen mission agencies and nearly 3,500 field workers have participated.
