WorldVue was developed:

To provide a powerful, yet easy-to-use tool for showing current missions efforts and needs by means of maps and graphs; WorldVue is presented in a clip-art format for easy use in printed teaching materials, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, websites, graphics publications, etc.
To inform and enlighten Christians about the state of evangelical missions in light of the Great Commission.
To mobilize for evangelization by providing clear visual representations of the unfinished work of the Church.
To enable strategic missions planning, prayer and action.
