Shipping
We normally ship orders within 2 business days after they are received.
Orders
to USA addresses are normally shipped via US Priority Mail.
Orders over 5
pounds, and all orders shipped by means other than US Priority Mail, will be charged
the actual shipping at the time the order is filled and billed to your credit
card.

Orders to outside the USA are normally shipped via Global Priority Mail or US
Airmail. Shipping will be calculated at the time the order is filled, and charged
to your credit card.

Sales Tax
GMI charges sales tax on all items shipped to California and Colorado (plus El Paso County sales tax for addresses in the Colorado Springs area). If you are exempt from sales tax in Colorado, please send a copy of your sales tax-exempt certificate to GMI (fax: 719-548-7459).
