Downloading your product

You can download any digital product you have purchased by following the directions below:

1. Sign into the "My Account" page on the gmi.org store (http://store.gmi.org/index.php?main_page=account)
2. Click on the View button next to your order
3. Right-click on the download button and select "Save Link As" (If you are using a Mac, you will need to Control click the download button and select "Download Linked File")
4. Your product should download

If you are having problems downloading your product or your link has expired, contact us and we will help you receive your product.

Unless otherwise specified, digital products are not returnable after purchase.
