Thriving People is a 67-page full-color report of aggregate survey results from the 2015 Engage survey, adapted from the Best Christian Workplaces Institute's highly respected workplace instrument.

The report features GMI’s analysis of responses from more than 1,700 North American cross-cultural workers from seven agencies. Thriving People features sector-wide strengths, weaknesses and trends, along with modeling to better understand the factors that connect most closely to field worker retention, thriving and recommendation of an agency to others.

The survey included:
• 74 items that were rated on a five-point agree-to-disagree scale. The items addressed 12 dimensions of service;
• 10 demographic questions; and
• 3 open-ended questions.
